Private employers with 100+ employees within the State of Illinois have new requirements under the Illinois Equal Pay Act starting this year. Employer obligations include completing the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) Equal Pay Registration Certificate and submitting employee demographic and pay information to the IDOL by race, ethnicity and gender.
This webinar will cover the obligations contained in the new law, what employers should do now to prepare and how employers can be compliant with the Equal Pay Registration Certificate application filing and related equal pay obligations.
