Business After Hours Application The Business After Hours Sponsorships are available exclusively to member companies of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce. Location Event will be held * Provide a space that can safely accommodate 50+ people Parking Availability * Parking Lot Parking Deck Street Parking Other Host will Provide: * Non-Alcoholic Beverages Beer & Wine Cash Bar Open Bar Select All that Apply If your Company is chosen to host Business After Hours, you will be required to adhere to specific guidelines. Please check each box after you have read to agree to meet the following: * Host member must be in good standing with the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce when booking and hosting the event. Host will provide the Chamber with a list of non-Chamber member guests invited no less than one week before event. All Catering MUST be provided by a current Chamber member in good standing (A list will be provided). Name of Caterer must be submited to the Chamber no later than the 1st day of the month preceding the event. Host & Caterer will provide food and beverage for approximately 50 - 100 attendees. (**Note: Alcoholic beverages may be provided at the host's discretion**) Host will provide a minimum of three door prizes valued at $50.00 each. List of door prizes must be submitted to the Camber no later than the 1st day of the month preceding the event. Hosting Business After Hours cost is $500. This is to be paid no later than the 1st day of the month preceding the event. Terms Agreement Type Full Name to Confirm you have read, reviewed and agree to the terms above. Application will be reviewed upon receipt. A Chamber representative will be in contact within 10 business days of application submission. If host is approved, a contract will be provided for review and signature.
