The 2026 Community Leadership School class recently took part in the program’s first Non-Profit Social, creating new opportunities to connect directly with local organizations and better understand community needs across Greater Peoria. The event gave participants a more personal, hands-on way to explore nonprofit involvement and highlighted the strong connection between leadership development and community impact.

After listening to member feedback and evaluating engagement trends, the Chamber transitioned from traditional Business Before and After Hours to more intentional experiences like Business Growth Breakfast and new signature networking events.
