DESCRIPTION:Join Caterpillar and John Bearce Companies for the 2019 Thanksgiving Luncheon at the Peoria Civic Center on Thursday\, November 21\, 2019. Doors will open at 10:45 a.m. and lunch will begin at 11:15 a.m. We will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal\, while reflecting on 2019 and all that we can be grateful for in Peoria.\n\n\n\nThe annual award winners will also be recognized at this time for ATHENA\, Young Professional ATHENA\, Community Wealth\, Outstanding Small Business (1-25 employees and 26-150 employees) and Tom Connor Service Award. This year's keynote speaker is MH Equipment CEO\, John Wieland.\n\n\n\nYPGP will be hosting a canned good drive in the lobby prior to the lunch to benefit the Peoria Area Food Bank. Non-perishable goods and monetary donations will be accepted. Items suggested for this drive are: canned beans\, canned chicken\, canned fish (tuna & salmon)\, canned meat (SPAM and ham)\, canned vegetables\, cooking oils (olive and canola)\, crackers\, dried herbs and spices\, fruit (canned or dried)\, granola bars\, instant mashed potatoes\, meals in a box\, nuts\, pasta\, peanut butter\, rice\, soup\, stew and chili\, whole grain cereal\, shelf-stable and powdered milk or toiletries. *Please note that pop-top cans are better*\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration closes on Tuesday\, November 12\, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
