DESCRIPTION:The German American Central Society and the Peoria Park District are sponsoring their 22nd Annual Peoria Oktoberfest on September 15th\, 16th\, and 17th\, to promote German culture and heritage of Central Illinois!  \n\n \n\n\n\nEntertainment: Bolzen Beer Band\, Spitzbu'am\, Bavarski\, Jonny Koenig\, the Rathskellar Brummers\, Lindenhof Echos\, Vogel Musik\, Al's Pals\, the Peoria Accordion Club\, and area German folkdancers.\n\n\n\nGerman food\, beer\, and wines will be served along with food from other vendors!\n\n\n\nA German Heritage Tent display with a genealogy search will be available.  Children activites will include several carnival rides.
