DESCRIPTION:WHAT: 2nd Annual Get Fresh Chef Challenge\n\n\n\nThe area's best chefs will compete for People's Choice (chosen by guests)\n\nand Judge's Choice (chosen by a select panel of judges) to benefit a very\n\nimportant cause in Central Illinois: Gifts in the Moment Foundation\n\n(GITM)'s Good Food Recovery program. Ten of the area's best chefs will be\n\nchallenged to create small plates using at least one locally-grown ingredient\n\n(grown within 100 miles of Peoria). Winner announcements and a celebration\n\ntoast will follow with champagne and live media coverage.
