DESCRIPTION:Join the Peoria Area Civic Chorale for their annual An American Family Christmas production Friday and Saturday December 16 &17 at 7:30 p.m and Sunday\, December 18 at 2:30 p.m. at Five Points Washington. The concert will feature contemporary arrangements of traditional classic hymns like Hark the Herald Angels Sing\, O Little Town of Bethlehem and Do You Hear What I Hear as well as performances of seasonal classics like It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas\, Up on the Housetop and Jingle Bells. The concert will also feature special guest soloist Angela Born\, who will join the chorale for O Holy Night\, the newly revived Youth Chorus and a winner of their annual Young Artist competition. There will also be a special visit from Santa and Frosty! Tickets are $8 students\, $20 adults and $18 groups of 10 or more and are available at www.peoriacivicchorale.org\, by calling 309-693-6725 or at the door.
