PPS operates as a non-profit\, but is fully self-funded by our operations and receives no government subsidies or funding. PPS provides employment for more than 250 employees and that employment provides a measure of financial independence\, self-esteem\, and a social network for our unique population. PPS provides a safe and respectful work environment for our Targeted population. The PPS Mission is to be the Premier employer of individuals with disabilities.
