DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Bockwurst Dinner\, Sunday\, February 19th - Noon to 6 pm at the Lindenhof\, 7601 N. Harker Drive\, Peoria\, Illinois 61615.  Phone (309) 691-7484.\n\n \n\nFull dinners will be offered - $10 for adults and $5 for children.  Dinner will include a three sausages   bockwurst\, bratwurst\, and thuringer.  Side dishes include red cabbage\, sauerkraut\, and german potato salad.  Dessert is available for $2 extra.\n\n \n\nThis event is being hosted by the Damenchor\, one of the affiliates of the Peoria German American Society. Bockwurst was created to be served with Bockbier and mustard.  Bockwurst is usually cooked by simmering although it may also be grilled.
