DESCRIPTION:The 4th annual "Farm to Table Peoria" fundraising event is being held Thursday\, October 10th\, at Junction City. Proceeds will benefit OSF HealthCare Foundation\, to support the proposed new OSF comprehensive cancer initiative. Hosted by Laura and Allen Cullinan\, Farm to Table Peoria is an inspired open-air dining experience based around ingredients sourced directly from local farms and farmers' markets. With the idea of food as medicine\, the casually elegant strolling supper will feature libations from local distilleries\, 80-100 point Wine Spectator rated wines\, and freshly crafted cocktails by talented mixologists\, as well as farm to table cuisine championed by over a dozen regional chefs and farms.
