DESCRIPTION:GEN U\, the Heart of Illinois United Way's organization for young leaders\, will hold its annual Mad Dash team competition on the campus of Bradley University. The Mad Dash is the largest annual fundraiser by GEN U for the Heart of Illinois United Way.\n\n \n\nThe event will be held on Saturday\, July 16. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. in front of Bradley Hall\, and the games begin at 10:30\, with a post-party at noon. Participants should allow time to register well ahead of the 10:30 start. Teams of 2 to 4 may register through June 24th for the early bird price of $100.00\, or after June 24th for $150.00. GEN U members receive a 10% discount\, and there is no cost to joining GEN U. \n\n \n\nThis year's event\, called Mad Dash 2.0\, features a video game theme. Mad Dash 2.0 is a race against the clock for teams of 2 to 4 people to complete as many diverse challenges as possible within the given time. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers\, along with the Team Spirit Award for the team that best embraces the video game theme. Sponsor CEFCU is awarding the grand prize of $1\,000.00.
