DESCRIPTION:The Community Development Department has combined the Subdivision Ordinance\, the Zoning Ordinance and the Land Development Code into a Unified Development Code.  During our review we included changes to simplify regulations and streamline processes.  We will highlight and discuss some of the most significant changes that have resulted from the unified code.
