DESCRIPTION:Our honorary chairs\, retired United States Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood and Kathy LaHood\, will present the sixth annual Peoria Promise Gala on Saturday\, October 11\, 2014.  This year's featured entertainment is world renowned mentalist\, The Amazing Kreskin.  The event will include a formal dinner\, live and silent auctions\, a fund drive and more.  This is our largest fundraiser of the year with more than 500 of Central Illinois' most prominent citizens in attendance.
