DESCRIPTION:Peoria Rescue Ministries announces a new date and day for the annual Hope In Action Golf Outing Annual golf event moved up to Monday\, June 1\, 2020 at Mt. Hawley Country Club Peoria Rescue Ministries invites golfers throughout the Peoria area to register for an opportunity to play at Mt. Hawley Country Club on Monday\, June 1 2020. The 2020 Hope In Action Golf Outing is a PRM fundraiser\, with all proceeds going directly towards the physical\, emotional and spiritual care of hurting people in our community. Your support of this event will make a difference in the lives of those we serve. For more than 60 years Peoria Rescue Ministries has been helping our guests find new hope and a fresh start. Through life skill training\, chapel services\, individual encouragement\, Bible studies and a safe and comfortable place to stay\, many have come to know the love and grace of Jesus Christ. "Give generously to them (the poor) and do so without a grudging heart\; then because of this\, the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to. There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land" (Deuteronomy 15: 10-11).
