DESCRIPTION:Pediatric Resource Center September 24th event helps with growing need\n\n\n\nThe annual Harvesting Hope fundraising gala helps PRC provide ongoing child abuse prevention education and ensures the clinics are staffed so that children can receive the services that are crucial to their well-being and safety.\n\nOver the past year alone\, the Pediatric Resource Center provided medical and social services to more than 750 suspected child abuse and neglect victims throughout central Illinois.\n\n\n\nWHAT: Harvesting Hope Fall Fundraiser for the Pediatric Resource Center\n\n\n\nWHERE: Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center\, 1306 N. Berkeley Ave.\, Peoria (adjacent to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center)\n\n\n\nWHEN: Saturday\, September 24th at 6 p.m.\n\n\n\nMORE: Tickets are $75 each. For ticket information\, call 309-624-9595 or email prcinfo@uicomp.uic.edu.\n\n\n\nThe event features heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails starting at 6 p.m. Musical entertainment will be provided by 3  Men. Live and silent auctions feature unique and exciting items\, including specialty gift baskets\, multiple vacation packages\, jewelry and much more. All proceeds benefit the PRC.\n\n\n\nCo-chairs for this year's event are Community Board members\, Karen Kepple and Lauren McBain.
