DESCRIPTION:Proctor Recreation Center's annual Streets Belong to Me! Youth Event is a great way to kick-off summer vacation!  This program is used to promote youth participation in positive activities throughout the summer.\n\n \n\nIn exchange for a day of fun\, we are asking that children pledge the following:\n\n	Get involved in positive activities\n	Not to participate in violent activities\n	Not to participate in illegal activities\n	Promote the message of staying safe\n\nThis fun event will include refreshments\, a dunk tank\, inflatables\, and a visit from Carl Cannon\, who will inspire our youth to get involved in positive activities and programs\, especially within the Park District.
