The Community Foundation of Central Illinois\, Chuck Weaver's Leaders Change Peoria Foundation and nonprofit consultants Ruby & Associates organize the series.\n\n\n\nThe next session\, "Lighting a Fire Under Your Board"\, will be held on October 29th\, 2013 in the auditorium of the Peoria Public Library in Downtown Peoria\, IL. Participants will learn ways to encourage board member autonomy so they will "own" their work. Tactics to get your board pulling together will be shared. Participants will enjoy time to assess their organization and develop action steps to better motivate their board.\n\n\n\nNonprofit Executive Directors/CEOs\, staff and board members are invited to attend.
