SUMMARY:The Loop - Modus Vivendi... Getting Things Done.
DESCRIPTION:Looking for strategies that yield more energy\, more relaxation\, and more accomplishment with less effort? No\, it doesn't come in pill form (yet). But you'll experience how to savor life in an era when doing so is increasingly elusive if not downright impossible. This doesn't have to be an either-or-proposition. It is possible to be effectively doing while you are delightfully being\, everyday!\n\n \n\nTrying what you learn could "save" your life. Faithfully applying what you learn could change your life. Isn't that worth an hour and $59? \n\n \n\nSo join the Chamber and Larry Timm from AAIM Employers' Association on December 3 and receive a vaccination against day-to-day fire-fighting (the so-called urgent and crisis demands of any given workday) and an antidote for the imbalance many people bring upon themselves.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker...Larry Timm\, Vice President\, Central Illinois\, AAIM Employers' Association. Larry leads the Association's Central Illinois team and directs day-to-day operations in the region. He brings a diverse background of management\, marketing\, business development\, leadership\, public relations\, and skilled communication to the Association.\n\n \n\nPrior to The Association\, Larry served as the President of Junior Achievement in Central Illinois (JA) where he received the Karl Flemke Award as a top JA President in the United States. Previous to JA\, he was the Director of Public Relations and Business Department Head for a private school in Peoria. Larry has been recognized in InterBusiness Issues magazine as a 40 Business Leaders Under 40\, and the 20 Business Leaders Under 40 from Bloomington's Pantagraph. He is a columnist for InterBusiness Issues\, and has written and hosted several financial literacy spots called Money Minutes for the local CBS and Fox television affiliates. Larry graduated from Greenville College with a Magna Cum Laude degree in Communication. He and his family currently reside in Peoria.
