SUMMARY:Wintterfest at the Lindenhof
DESCRIPTION:Winterfest\, German-style returns to the Lindenhof on Sunday\, January 29th\, noon to 6 pm.  The Lindenhof\, 7601 N. Harker Drive\, Peoria\, Illinois 61615.  Phone (309) 691-7484.  The event is being sponsored by Harmonie.\n\n \n\nWe are offering a special German buffet for $12.00 per person.  Kids 9 and under who wear a costume from the Disney movie "Frozen" will get to eat for free.  All kids 12 and under without a costume can enjoy the buffet for $6.\n\n \n\nThe buffet will consist of Schnitzel vom Schwein\, parmesan chicken\, bratwurst\, Bavarian baked chicken\, mashed potatoes & gravy\, green beans\, spaetzle\, sauerkraut\, and red cabbage.  Apple strudel or apple cake for dessert is $2 extra.  Host chocolate and coffee is included in the buffet price.\n\n \n\nThe Peoria Accordion Club will perform from 1-4 pm.\n\n \n\nEnjoy a nice hot mug of gl hwein (hot spiced wine).  Special offer: bring your gl hwein mug from any of our past Kristkindlmarkts and get the mug filled for only $3! \n\n \n\nAt Winterfest we will be serving several bock and doppelbock beers besides our regular selections.\n\n \n\nThe Lindenhof features a full bar with three German beers on draft\, a selection of German wines\, and German liqueurs.  Bock and doppelbock beers were also be available at this event.
