2024 Pathways to Success Leadership Conference: Navigating Growth & Excellence The Central Illinois Chapter of NAWBO and Women in Leadership of Central Illinois have combined to bring the widely recognized annual Pathways to Success Leadership Conference to Peoria and its surrounding communities. We share the common goal of educating and empowering women in business and in leadership positions. Keynote Address Featuring Betsy Allen-Manning DNA of High Achievers: Discover The Mindset, Disciplines & Strategies Of Successful People Dynamic Break Out Sessions: Earlybird Session starting at 9am with a panel of local business leaders and entrepreneurs Morning and afternoon sessions: Bridget Manley, Personalized Learning Plans: A Roadmap for Sustainable Professional Growth Karen Shorey, The Vitality Equation: Cultivating and Preserving Your Energy for Success Jessie Linder Gallo & Melissa Hussong, From Comfort Zone to Confident: Pushing Through Fear to Embrace Your Excellence The day includes a variety of vendors and opportunities to network with attendees, participate in the silent auction (proceeds go to the local scholarships), and have the opportunity to win various door prizes!
