The Peoria Area Civic Chorale invites you to discover the magic that makes An American Family Christmas such a wonderful way for many families to celebrate this special season. Join us at Washington's Five Points Performing Arts Center on December 18 & 19 at 7:30 pm and December 20 at 3:00 pm and be part of what has become a seasonal ritual for many families in Central Illinois. Enjoy spectacular arrangements of familiar carols such as ?O Come All Ye Faithful,? ?O Holy Night,? ?Silent Night? and many others. Revel in the exalted, devotional and jubilant sounds of John Rutter?s Gloria, a three-movement work with organ, brass choir and the Civic Chorale. Reminisce as we perform many of your favorite holiday songs such as ?Home for the Holidays,? ?It?s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,? ?Up on the Housetop,? and ?Here Comes Santa Claus.? Meet us in December as the Peoria Area Civic Chorale unwraps the many gifts of music.
