From a 4th generation blue-collar family, Mark started his career working in the field.  After attending college, he worked his way up to become CEO of United Contractors.  At 26 years of age, Mark became the chief executive officer.  His lectures focus on personal and organizational change, as well as, how to inspire action to get it done right.  Mark's leadership and presentation style is described as direct, blunt, provoking and insightful.  It's definitely one lecture you don't want to miss.
