Breath and Oils is an interactive class where Katie Goddard will guide you in centering your breath and body - practicing stillness and breathing techniques while allowing Young Living essential oils to aid you in the process of relaxation.
Dress is very casual.
You must sign up ahead of time to save your spot as space is limited.
