Business and Engineering Capstone Exp...
Description
For majors in the Foster College of Business and Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology, these projects prepare the students to make an immediate impact in their workplaces upon graduation. The students have worked hard on their project spending hundreds of hours in time and effort.
Capstone projects showcase the experiential learning opportunities offered to the business and engineering students, and also provides businesses and community partners expert guidance and problem-solving strategies to strengthen their business, products or bottom line.
Philip Lockwood, capstone coordinator for the Foster College of Business and Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology states that, “These projects not only benefit the students themselves, but also contribute to the broader community by advancing knowledge and solving real-world problems,” In addition, Lockwood said “Our students are providing valuable insights and fresh perspectives, which are highly relevant to the business and engineering communities as a whole.”
Faculty organizers are proud to share this exciting component of Bradley’s experiential education with clients, partners, advisory boards and the larger community. There will be student presentations along with poster displays throughout the building.
The event kicks off at 9:30am with welcoming remarks by Dr. Molly Gribb, Dean, Foster College of Business and Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology. Come meet Molly, if you haven't already!
