Business Growth Breakfast
Description
In 2026, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce is launching a new members-only quarterly series, Business Growth Breakfast, powered by HR Fit. This series brings Chamber members together for breakfast, connection, and practical insight designed to support employee and organizational growth.
Each breakfast features curated networking and high-quality content focused on professional development, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness. The series is designed for executives, managers, and emerging leaders who want to gain insight they can immediately apply in their role or organization.
The first Business Growth Breakfast will take place on Tuesday, February 4 at Warehouse on State. Doors open at 8:00 a.m., with networking from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., followed by the program from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. A light breakfast will be provided.
The February session will feature a keynote presentation titled Self-Handicapping Behaviors in the Workplace: Behaviors that Sabotage Employee and Organizational Success. The keynote will be led by James "Agbara" Bryson.
