Description
Rob Burn of L & L Solutions will be presenting for our December Member Seminar.
Too often, we treat organizational culture as an after-thought. We get so caught up in the daily operations of our business or department, we do not address culture - we let it happen - and it is left to chance. We will review the critical aspects of organizational culture and reveal what any manager can do to make this a competitive advantage. We need to approach culture with the same intensity and thought as one of our favorite past-times.
