Midwest Food Banks of Peoria & Morton invite you to our 7th Annual Golf and Dinner Benefit held at beautiful Weaver Ridge Country Club on SEPTEMBER 13, 2016.
REGISTRATION: 11am - 12pm
TEE-OFF: 12pm Shotgun Start
FORMAT: 4 Person best ball scramble
COST: $200 per golfer
Included with your registration will be Chick-fil-A box lunch, range balls, 18 holes of golfing, participation gift, Hole-in-One opportunities and delicious dinner at the Weaver Ridge Club House.
Raffle tickets to win prizes will be available all day. Feel free to just come and enjoy dinner ($40 per guest).
