Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold a ribbon cutting and open house for Goodwill Commons on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Ray LaHood, former Secretary of Transportation, will speak along with Peoria Mayor Jim Ardis and Goodwill CEO Patty Fuchs.
