Description
On Sunday, July 10, 2016, Harmonie, of the Peoria German-American Society, will be hosting a benefit for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at Hickory Grove Park from noon to 7 pm. Free Admission and Parking. This is a family friendly event.
Entertainment by DJ Jim Dandy (12-2pm) and Funkyard (3-6pm).
The St. Jude Corvette Drive (www.stjudedrives.org) will be having a Corvette cruise-in from noon to 5:00 pm.
Complete dinners will be available featuring German foods. A sandwich line will be provided for those who do not want a full meal. Net proceeds from food sales will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the St. Jude Corvette Drive.
German and domestic beer are available, along with soft drinks and a cash bar.
Arts and craft vendors will also be on hand featuring a variety of handmade items from local hand crafters.
A Kinder Park is available for the kids.
