As one high profile figure after another is accused of sexual harassment in the workplace, we are reminded of the importance of having and maintaining policies and procedures that prevent sex harassment in the workplace.  Employers need to know how to minimize and hopefully eliminate harassment in the workplace. 
 
This program will guide you through the steps that employers need to take to prevent and eliminate all types of harassment in the workplace.   This program will review the types of harassment that exist in the work environment and what an employer can do to create a positive work environment and eliminate behaviors that create a hostile work environment.
