The Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program will soon be affecting businesses with as few as five employees. This law requires Illinois employers to either offer their own retirement program, adopt the state-run alternative, or risk facing financial penalties. If you’re not sure which option is best for your business, don’t worry – we’re here to help!
