Learn more information about the Department of Labor Overtime Rule. Presenters from Kavanagh, Scully, Sudow, White & Frederick, P.C. will discuss what types of employees are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act’s overtime requirements, as well as the Fair Labor Standard’s Act’s applicability to non-profits, higher education and state and local governments. They will also explain the final rule as it has been enacted with respect to the minimum salary exemptions to avoid overtime – and how to implement the new rule in your business to minimize the impact on your bottom line
