Dr Hayes is an organizational consultant and counseling psychologist. She has worked with organizations all over the world helping them achieve their business imperatives through developing their human potential. Her expertise lies in professional training, executive assessment, senior leadership, coaching, team analysis and development, and strategic planning. For the past ten years, she has specialized in coaching female senior executives. In her book, “Counseling Women Over the Life Span,” she examines issues of career, family, and health and applies them to her practice with women. She is currently in the process of writing another book, “Destined to Lead,” which describes the natural leadership tendencies of women. As an educator and consultant, she brings unique insights and creative solutions to her clients’ problems. She is an internationally recognized and requested speaker in a variety of areas and is frequently asked to conduct senior management retreats to assist in better team alignment.
