Dr. Virginia T. Wells is the President and CEO of OBC&T (Organizational Behavior Consulting and Training). Her firm focuses on training, coaching, and consulting with top-level executives and business owners on leadership and management issues. With more than 30 years of experience, her specialty is helping executives and business owners to clarify their goals, strategize their actions to achieve what they want, and upgrade their skills so they accomplish the goals they have stated. She's a director on the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter board of NAWBO.
