About:  Join Peoria Historical Society members for a discussion on the book: “A Cruel and Shocking Act” by Philip Shenon, which takes a somewhat different slant on the assassination of John F. Kennedy as it provides a detailed history of the Warren Commission that was charged by President Johnson to provide an official government investigation of the assignation.
