Pioneer Days 2016: "Laundry"
Description
Come experience firsthand the daily life of rural Peorians in the mid 19th century! The July 31 feature is “Laundry.” Activities may include hand dipping candles, blacksmithing, school lessons, woodworking, chores, pioneer cemetery tours, hayrides and livestock care. This is a wonderful opportunity for scout and youth groups to learn history. NEW this year: Heirloom produce available for sale.
