Robots are taking over Peoria Riverfront Museum on Saturday, June 24 and you can be a part of the rumble. See and operate one of the large or small robots. This amazing day of robotic activities will be hosted by area high school student FIRST robotics teams from Peoria area. • Discover different age based FIRST robotics programs and meet the teams in Peoria area. • Watch two LEGO® robots battle for turf. • Learn how easy it is to program a LEGO® Mindstorm NXT robot. • See 3D printer in action • Operate one of the robots built by high school or middle school students. • Try your hand at science exhibits, learn about engineering careers and much, much more! Come out and connect with these amazing teams and students and learn how you can get involved with the robotics programs and activities in the area.
