Description
Sewing With a Pattern Instructor: Nikki Wheeler Department: Fiber Arts Students will learn to sew from a commercial sewing pattern. Class participants will learn to cut, assemble and finish a sewing project from start to completion. Students will sew a pair of pajama pants. Prerequisite: Sewing Machine Crash Course or minimal sewing machine experience recommended Ages 10-15 Tuesday evenings 6:00- 7:30 pm October 27- November 17, 2020 Cost $85 Materials Needed: 2 yards of flannel or cotton fabric (non-stretch), matching thread Materials provided by the Peoria Art Guild: sewing machine, scissors, pins, sewing pattern, elastic
