Description
Corn Stock Theatre is proud to present TALK RADIO by Eric Bogosian and directed by Chris Peterlin for one day only, Saturday, May 29th. Synopsis: Talk Radio is a 1988 Pulitzer Prize Finalist in Drama written by Eric Bogosian that has been remarked as “a compelling work that draws you straight into the heart of its fringe world.” Barry Champlain, Cleveland’s controversial radio host, is on the air doing what he does best: insulting the pathetic souls who call in the middle of the night to sound off. Tomorrow, Barry’s show is going into national syndication and his producer is afraid that Barry will say something that will offend the sponsors. This, of course, makes Barry even more outrageous. Funny and moving, off beat, outrageous and totally entrancing, Talk Radio had a long run at New York’s Public Theatre starring the author. TALK RADIO will be available to stream digitally through OnTheStage for one night only – Saturday, May 29th. Tickets are $17 for an Individual Streaming Ticket and $22 for a Family Streaming Ticket. Tickets are on sale now at www.cornstocktickets.com.
