Day-of Event Information

The Thanksgiving Luncheon will take place in the Civic Center Ballroom. From the Marquee Lot, you will enter through Civic Center near the Toyota Box Office and proceed to the 4th floor via the escalators straight ahead or the elevator directly to your right. 

Table number assignments were emailed to you or your table host (the person who registered your group) on November 19th. 
Upon arrival:

• If you already know your table number, you may go directly to our greeters and proceed to your table without stopping at the check-in table.
• If you need assistance finding your table number, please proceed to the check-in table or a Chamber Ambassador for assistance. 

In the Foyer of the Civic Center Ballroom, you will find an interactive exhibit on the past and future of Greater Peoria and its business community. Please take a moment to make your voice heard and be part of writing our future story. 

We encourage you to utilize the arrival time between 10:30 and 11:00 AM to network with friends and colleagues as we kick off the holiday season in Peoria!

Parking
Free parking is available in the Peoria Civic Center Marquee lot, with an entrance off of Kumpf Blvd. Additional overflow parking is available at the Fulton Lot (corner of Fulton & Monroe).

Dress Code
Business casual attire is encouraged.
