Description

Illinois became the 20^th state in the U.S. to legalize medical marijuana. The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act will take effect January 1, 2014 and permits the medical use of marijuana by individuals suffering from certain debilitating medical conditions when the individual's treating physician has prescribed the drug.

Join J. Reed Roesler, attorney with Davis & Campbell LLC, at this special briefing that will provide guidance on the employment-related provisions of this act. Time will be allowed for Q&A.
