We will offer two worship services, a traditional service at 8:30 a.m. in our Sanctuary and a contemporary service at 11:00 a.m. in our Worship Center. Dr. Black will also speak in our Hot Topics class located in the Sanctuary at 9:45 a.m.

Description
Dr. Barry C. Black, Chaplain of the United States Senate, will be our guest preacher on Sunday, March 30, 2014. Chaplain Black is visiting First Church not simply because of his personal friendship and shared ministry in the Navy with our Directing Pastor, Dr. Robert Phillips. He has heard what God is doing it at First, heard of our leading God to remain in ministry staged from the heart of the city, and comes among us to preach the good news of Christ and affirm what we are doing for Jesus in this place. As one of the finest preachers in the nation, his message will be worth the hearing.
