Description
The Community Development Department has combined the Subdivision Ordinance, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Land Development Code into a Unified Development Code. Member seminars were held in July to highlight and discuss some of the most significant changes that resulted from the Unified Code. This session will provide training related to the implementation of the Unified Development Code and the resulting changes to the development review process.
