Congressman Aaron Schock and Senator Mark Kirk are partnering together to conduct a Veterans Symposium on Wednesday, August 14 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Bradley University's Renaissance Coliseum in Peoria.
In addition to the Job Fair portion of the event, they have asked representatives from different Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offices to be present to speak one on one with our veterans. They have also requested that individuals from the Chicago VA Regional Office (health care benefits), St. Louis VA Regional Office (education benefits), Milwaukee VA Regional Office (pension management center), St. Paul VA (debt management center), National Personal Records Center (military records archival center), Winston-Salem VA (home loan center), and many other departments within the VA system join in for the event.
