GUEST PRESENTER:
ALANA JOCHUM, EQUALITY OHIO
Alana Jochum, Executive Director of Equality Ohio, will discuss ways in which everyone in the workplace can do their part to foster, create and maintain LGBTQ-friendly workplaces.
Alana will also discuss the current state of the law as relates to LGBTQ people, noting current trends in legal protections and points of tension emerging as states pass laws that conflict with Title IX and EEOC guidance.
