West Coast Swing Basic Workshop

Body Fitness @ 3020 North University St, Peoria, IL Presents Heather Fronczak and Sammy Powers from Chicago East/West Coast Swing Basic Workshop
When: Saturday, October 11th Time: 3pm to 4pm. 
Basic footwork and movement 4pm to 5pm. 
Learning the turn and connection 5pm to 7pm 
Dinner Break 7pm to 7:45pm
East Coast Basic Lesson 7:45pm to 11pm 

Social Dance (Ballroom and Latin music) Waltz, Foxtrot, Night Club, East/West Swing, Salsa, Bachata, Rumba, and Cha Cha West Coast swing dance is a fun, approachable coupled dance style. You can dance to several types of music, whether fast paced or slow, jazz, R&B or adult contemporary. This workshop is designed to give you a look at this style that is not known in the area. You will learn the basic components of West Coast.
Cost: $10 per workshop (3pm and 4pm session) 
$5 for East Coast Lesson 
$5 for Social Dance or
$7 for Couples (Social Dance ONLY) 
$7 for couples (Lesson and Social Dance)
Special Rates $10 for Single and $20 for couples that pre-pay or RSVP by Monday October 6th.
Rate will cover the Workshop, lesson and Social Dance $7 for High School and College Student (Workshop, Lesson and Social Dance - $15 for couple) $3 for East Coast Lesson and Social dance for HS and College Students ($5 for couples)
