Hi my name is Antinobe Vashti Evans. I am the founder and owner of Avenue Surgical Instruments & Supplies LLC. I started my company to be a pathway for hospitals, clinics, and specialized physician facilities to make surgical instruments and supplies readily available to meet the needs of their patients. There is not a local medical supply warehouse in Peoria, Illinois. This poses a significant issue in our local healthcare economy. The goal of my company is to correct this problem by having needed items ready for our healthcare professionals and their patients.
