About Us

The Center for Sight & Hearing is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides clinical, therapeutic, social and support programs and services to anyone with hearing or vision loss. Our specialized experts in our Central Illinois office provide vision rehabilitation services to people with low vision or blindness from age-related eye disease, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and genetics. Services are free to qualified individuals and include white cane training, Braille instruction, technology training and devices, home management and personal care skills, resources on obtaining a leader dog, and more.
