In Bloom Tattoo Collective is a modern take on pigment and beauty. We are a woman owned tattoo shop that has been beautifully split into two sides. We offer varying styles of traditional body tattoos as well as a wide variety of permanent cosmetic tattoo services, brows shaping, waxing, and piercings.
We are located in the historic Prairie Building on Liberty Street, in Downtown Peoria, IL. It’s been nearly 100 years since the space was occupied by Liberty Beauty College. We believe the space has come full circle by BLOOMing beauty and life back on Liberty Street.
