INCCRRA Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies is a statewide organization that partners with child care resources and referral agencies to make early education affordable for families. Birth to Five Illinois, a department of INCCRRA, is building a statewide regional & community system to gather family opinion and engage local stakeholders to address early childhood needs.
